Second Floor:
The master suite was redone in 2005.  A ¾ bath with marble vanity, custom wood cabinetry, marble tile floor with radiant floors, custom terrazzo shower pan with marble topped bench in the shower, polished nickel fixtures and wall mounted heated towel rack are a welcome upgrade.  The closet was enlarged and upgraded with wire shelving and rods to maximize space and a period light fixture was installed.  A second full bath was added in 2005 with custom painted cabinet, porcelain vanity top, period tile floor, subway tile in bath surround, Americast tub with hand held shower and radiant heated floor.  The closets were upgraded in the other two bedrooms and a linen closet was installed.

Exterior:
A stone terraced retaining wall was added with slate steps in 2003, when the front porch was rebuilt and the side deck was added.  The exterior and interior of the house were painted. in 2004- 2005.  The top of the garage was waterproofed and a slate tiled deck was installed atop the garage in 2006.

Systems:
In 2004 a new gas furnace was installed along with a new exterior mounted, tankless, gas hot water heater. In the same year, a below grade drainage & sump pump system along with a wastewater pump was installed. Most of the electrical wiring has been replaced.  The old oil tank has been properly decommissioned.  The attic was newly insulated in 2005 at which time proper roof vents were installed.  A security system with cell back up was installed in 2004.
